Trust & safety

Make your number worth answering, safely

We believe your phone number should be something you are proud to own, not a target for spam or a line item quietly traded by data brokers. So trust here is earned the honest way: a community risk score that protects rather than judges, verification you opt into, and a promise that your private details are never the price of being trusted.

A risk score that protects, not judges

Our spam-and-scam risk score is an advisory signal built from community reports and usage patterns. It exists to fight fraud and help good calls get through, never to brand a person. It is informational only, it is kept human-in-the-loop, and it is never the sole reason anyone is denied a product, service, or opportunity. If you believe a score is wrong, you can contest it. Want the mechanics? See exactly how we score numbers.

Consent-first by design

Nothing about you becomes public without your say-so. Reverse lookups and the risk score work for everyone with no account needed, but verification is something you choose. A verified business chooses a public profile so customers can recognise and trust it. A verified personal number reveals only that it is “verified & online” plus its risk score, never your private details.

The anti-data-broker promise

The whole industry exists to sell who you are. We refuse to. We make your number more trusted without selling who you are. Your number is your digital identity, and we help you keep it yours. Verification is a trust badge for your number, not a background check. Personal verification is a one-time USD 9 with no recurring charge; business verification is USD 29/year, renewing automatically and cancellable anytime.

Reports can be disputed

Community reports are submitted in good faith, but people make mistakes, so every report can be challenged. If a number you own is reported, you can dispute it and request a correction. We honour “do not contact” by default, we keep a human in the loop, and we give the people behind every number a fair way to be heard.
